Established in October 2006 by Julia Zhu, Yue Lee and Jenny He, Flexi Support is a committed team of attendants who provide a professional attendant care service to the aged and people with disabilities at home and in care facilities. It is the first attendant agency providing difference language services to the market in Victoria. Flexi Support offers a flexible service and ensures that each care plan is tailored to the individual needs of clients and their cultures and lifestyles. Our well-trained carers are from multi-cultural backgrounds and can speak different Asian & European languages as well as English. Flexi Support helps clients to achieve their desired quality of life, maintain and increase their independence and promote their decision-making. Part of the service includes providing assistance with all daily living tasks as well as community and recreation access.
