Reception Support

Reception is a professional space where all your clients and visitors are welcomed to the Centre. As the first face of your business, our friendly reception staff will greet them in a professional manner.  

Reception services we provide are:

  1. Receptionist available from Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
  2. Your company will be given support in utilizing all the available facilities provided at the Centre.
  3. Manage and support on-line the booking site for all meeting rooms.
  4. Provide a general fax number - forwarded to you in email form.
  5. Handle all general enquiries.
  6. Assist in the operation of available equipment.
  7. Sign for deliveries on your behalf.
  8. Incoming mail sorted and distributed.
  9. Promote events/workshops at the Centre via email/social media.
