• Resources room with business equipment including photocopier, fax machine, binding & laminating
• Monthly licence fees which are more flexible than long term rental agreements
• Regular diagnostic assessments to identify opportunities and sources of growth are conducted by the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS)
• Opportunities to network with peers, Associates of the MBI and small business professionals
• Networking opportunities allow businesses to benefit from each other's services, expertise and experience
• The MBI also provides access to a range of external networks

How To Apply for Office Space

To join Monash Business Incubator all you need to do is phone (03) 8562 2222 and make an appointment to view the centre and its facilities. Or you can register your interest by filling in the no obligation 'Suite Application Form' and fax to (03) 8562 2288 or email to info@monashincubator.com.au. You will need a prepared business plan upon entry into the Incubator, so if you don't have one, please download our Incubator Business Plan Template (520 Kb pdf format).
