Office Suite Charges as at 1st July 2009

Office Suite charges per month:

10 sqm (approx) - $551.35 inc GST for 1-2 people
20 sqm (approx) - $1030.73 inc GST for 2-4 people
40 sqm (approx) - $1998.75 inc GST for 4-6 people

N.B.add 1 x week rent set up charge when business first moves into the Centre

Fees are payable monthly in advance and include the following:

  • Business Development Mentoring Program including Mentoring/Coaching
  • Networking opportunities
  • Reception Services 9.00am-5.00pm weekdays
  • 24 hour access – 7 days a week
  • Car Parking
  • Basic office furniture provided with your suite
  • One Digital telephone handset per business with more available as the business requires
  • Use of meeting rooms; 2 hours a week free
  • Access to photocopier, fax and other equipment
  • Internal and external signage
  • Electricity, rates and water
  • Cleaning of common areas
  • Learning lunches plus other inhouse networking and learning opportunities
  • Kitchen facilities, tea and coffee
  • All offices are equipped with connections for phone, fax and internet

An annual subscription of $140.00 plus $35.00 admin (inc GST)  Membership Application

Postal Boxes

$75.00(inc GST) per year or $10.00 per month
$25.00 for business name plate
