Office Suite Charges

Office Suite charges per month as at 1st July 2012:

10 sqm (approx) - $595.44   inc GST for 1-2 people
20 sqm (approx) - $1113.15  inc GST for 2-4 people
40 sqm (approx) - $2158.57 inc GST for 4-6 people


Fees are payable monthly in advance and include the following:

  • Business Development Mentoring Program including Mentoring/Coaching
  • Networking opportunities
  • Reception Services 8.30am-4.30pm weekdays
  • 24 hour access – 7 days a week
  • Car Parking
  • Basic office furniture provided with your suite
  • One Digital telephone handset per business with more available as the business requires
  • The Centre provides an internet service for tenants.  There is an Acceptable Use Policy in place and it is expected that this will be agreed and signed before beginning a tenancy.

  • Use of meeting rooms; 2 hours a week free
  • Access to photocopier, fax and other equipment
  • Internal and external signage
  • Electricity, rates and water
  • Cleaning of common areas
  • Learning lunches plus other inhouse networking and learning opportunities
  • Kitchen facilities, tea and coffee
  • All offices are equipped with connections for phone, fax and internet

Associate Membership

An annual subscription of $155.00 plus an initial Establishment Fee of $60.00 (inc GST) Membership Application

Postal Boxes

$75.00(inc GST) per year or $10.00 per month
$25.00 for business name plate
