Schedule of Rates and Charges for Meeting Rooms and Training Room


The following are charges for Licensees and Associate Members.

If you require any of the meeting rooms please book as early as you can to avoid disappointment. Equipment available includes: TV, video and DVD player, electronic and standard whiteboard, lap top and data projector (charges apply to this equipment), 10lt and 5lt urn. podium and screen, flip chart.

MEETING ROOM CHARGES (seats 6 people)

$10.00 per 1/2 hour (30 minutes)

COMBINED MEETING ROOM CHARGES (seats 15 people)

$85.00 per half day (4 hrs)
$165.00 per full day (8 hrs)

TRAINING ROOM (seats 30 people theatre style) sponsored by the Bendigo Bank

$30.00 per hour (min. 2hrs)

$185.00 per full day (8 hrs)

COMBINED MEETING ROOMS AND TRAINING ROOM (seats 50 people theatre style)

$170.00 per half day (4 hrs)
$275.00 per full day (8 hrs)


N.B. $10.00 per hour surcharge for use weekends and public holidays

 

DATA PROJECTOR HIRE

Hitachi X327T Data Projector: $33.00 per half day $66.00 per full day

INTERNET ACCESS

Internet access can be obtained when booking a meeting room.

Upon arrival at the Centre please obtain a password from Reception

COST: $2.50 per hour

 

CATERING

Please give the MEC staff notice for any catering required. Please provide details of the type of food required, the amount needed and the time you’d like it delivered. A range of catering options are available and charges apply accordingly.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Training Room and Combined Rooms may be booked several months in advance but a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

7+ days prior to booking  -  no fee
3-7 days prior to booking - the fee is 60%
0-3 days prior to booking - the fee is 100%

The Meeting Rooms may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to booking date. Full charges will apply thereafter.
